A unique feature to the game is that each level is timed. The game plays like a very primitive level based Resident Evil ammo is scarce, items and keys are used to progress to the next area, your goal is to explore the whole map. There are multiple endings and branching level paths throughout the game. It is not a long game, though there is a 4-character password system (in English) if you need it. This game is a FPS / survival horror type game. There is a newer hack out there for a full English version avoid it! It is more expensive than the original and not necessary in the first place. Most of this game is in English despite it being a Japanese game, so no need to worry about a language barrier. It is a shame Insmouse never made it out of Japan, because this is the type of game the Virtual Boy was made for.
